LIGHT UP TOFINO

This year, we’re in HIGH spirits and thought, “why not host a friendly neighbourhood contest?”

So what better way to kick off the holidays then to offer you $500 cash for a photo of your Christmas tree.

The rules are simple:
1. Decorate the best holiday tree you can
2. Take some photos / a video of it
3. Post it on Instagram (hard post or story is fine) and tag us @daylighttofino + the hashtag #LightUpTofino - if you don’t use Instagram, you can email us at hello@daylightcannabis.co

We have 2 categories: residential and commercial. Residential winners will receive $500 cash, no strings attached. For commercial winners, we will donate $500 on their behalf to a local charity of their choice.

The judging matrix includes the following:
1. Creativity (originality and use of decor)
2. Visual Impact (overall WOW factor)
3. Holiday Whimsy (Spirit & Emotional Impact; the “Ratatouille” factor)
4. Technical Skill & Craftsmanship (difficulty & complexity of set-up; precision and care in arrangement; resourcefulness - bonus points for handmade decorations)

The contest is open to residents of Tofino, Ucluelet, Ahousat, and surrounding communities of Clayoquot Sound. The contest closes Dec 19th at 11:59PM, and the winners will be announced on Dec 24th.
